Canoe Coworking Inc. is Manitoba’s first Indigenous coworking space.

Coworking is coming together in a community to share resources including space to host business activities, networking and creating opportunities to grow. We aim to host our Indigenous communities in a cultural and forward thinking space ready to foster our youth while honouring our past.

For countless generations Indigenous peoples from across North America found their way to the where the Red and Assiniboine rivers meet. On the banks and surrounding areas they traded for food, furs, information and grew into Manitoba’s capital city of Winnipeg.

Canoe Coworking Inc. honours those traditions by offering a place to gather rooted in history.

Our services encourage economic growth, community strength and honouring the path walked before while looking to the future.

Coworking has always been a part of Indigenous ways of life. It is a holistic approach to work together with a community, sharing resources and collaborating to bring greater opportunity to all members of the community it hosts.
